FAQ

How can you reduce expenses better than our staff?

Len and Joe each bring 40 years of business management experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, non profit, service and other industries. Along with our aggregated procurement power of national, regional and local suppliers we negotiate the lowest prices.

How can you save us time?

NCRC manages all the work. You will spend no more than 10-15 hours per year including all meetings. We negotiate with current and alternative suppliers. We write the letter, make the calls and follow-up. We bring to you compelling reasons so that you can make the right decision for your company.

Who do you represent?

Exclusively you the client. We are independent and do not accept any monies or gifts from suppliers.

How is NCRC compensated?

We are compensated by you the client after we bring documented savings to your administrative expenses. We receive a percentage of the documented savings in the first year only. The savings are all yours after the first year.

What is the time frame of our agreement?

One Year.  After the first year all the savings go to you the client.

What is the No cost No obligation analysis and how do you inform us of the range of savings?

You identify the categories, suppliers in each of those categories and annual purchases in each category.  Within 5-8 business days we prepare a forecast of your savings.  This analysis is prepared at no cost, no obligation to you.  If the savings are meaningful, you sign the agreement and the assignment begins.  We obtain these savings because for the eight years we have been in business the actual savings have always fallen within the analysis forecast that we have prepared.

Going down to the SKU level, how do you consolidate suppliers?

We review the cost of each item and prepare the benchmark excel sheet to that level.  For example: if you are buying office supplies and computer supplies from Quill and CDW we would find an alternative supplier that would overall have lower cost for all your office supplies and computer supplies.

How do you make sure we are obtaining the same or better service?

Historically 41% of your savings come from your current suppliers so that service level continues.  If we recommend a new alternative supplier we always meet with the new supplier at their facility.  Then we arrange a meeting with the proposed new supplier and the client to insure the product/service is the same or better along with the savings.  We facilitate that meeting and then work with the new supplier for the entire first year.  We also check in with the client to determine that all is going well with the new supplier.

Why is there no change in our operation?

You focus on your revenue and growth while NCRC does all the behind the scenes research and negotiating.  You make the final decision.  All costs are on an “apples to apples” basis so that none of your time is spent changing the operation.

Will National Cost Reduction Corporation sign a Confidentially Agreement?

Actually, when we meet our prospects we always present our signed Confidentially Agreement because we respect the value of the meeting and the discussion of the clients business.

I have other questions that I would like to email or discuss with the Principals. How can I do that?

You can email Len at llevey@nationalcostreduction.com or call him at 773.472.2951.

I’m excited and ready to begin. What do I need to do?

It is as simple as identifying the categories, all your current suppliers in that category and your annual purchases from each supplier. NCRC needs from 5 to 8 business days to prepare our no cost no obligation analysis. The analysis will provide you with a range of savings. If they are compelling, you sign the agreement and we begin. Let's begin to save you money!
