Leonard Levey

Len has extensive experience in the areas of merchandising, marketing, budgeting, finance, and real estate for both retailing and manufacturing. He has strong leadership in both problem solving and cost containment. Len has the ability to organize and prioritize achievable goals and is profit orientated with major emphasis on the bottom line.
Len Levey was president and CEO of Evans Fur in Chicago, IL with a volume of $175 million. He was also president and CEO of two major retail divisions of Associated Dry Goods with volumes over $200 million (Stewarts, Baltimore MD. And Sibley’s, Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse, NY). For eight years, he was owner and president of a furniture manufacturing company here in the Chicago area.
Len Levey is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. He has taken additional courses in Accounting, Marketing and Customer Relations.
Joseph Szuba
President
Joe Szuba is a visionary, proactive senior retail executive accomplished in improving customer relationships, turning around under‑performing organizations, launching new businesses and positioning companies to increase profits and compete in rapidly changing business environments. He has developed and implemented strategic and operational initiatives for real estate, retail, wholesale and multi-channeled consumer service industries. Joe is recognized for excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building solid trusting business relationships with colleagues and contacts, optimizing resources, streamlining business practices and improving financial performance.
Joe’s retail career began in high school selling in a men’s and boy’s clothing store in Williamsville New York. In the ensuing years he developed his skills in the world of department stores beginning with The Higbee Company in Cleveland Ohio followed by Sibley’s in Syracuse and Rochester New York, Carson Pirie Scott, Chicago Illinois, and Woodies/Wanamakers in Washington D.C. Mass merchandisers included Montgomery Ward and specialty stores H2O+ and Accent Chicago.
Most recently Joe was Director of Customer Relations for American Invsco, a major Chicago real estate firm successfully developing and implementing a Customer Relations strategy and a company wide Process Improvement initiative to close properties efficiently and faster.
Joe received his BS from the University of Buffalo. He is a Certified Instructor in Crosby’s Quality Education System and Quality Improvement Management, and a Certified Cash Flow Consultant (CCFC).
